About AvondFocus — specialist ADHD care in the evening hours.

AvondFocus was founded on the belief that good ADHD care should not have to compete with a busy workday. By focusing on evening appointments, we create more calm, attention and continuity in treatment.

We are an affiliated practice within De GGZ Coöperatie U.A., a nationwide mental health institution in the Netherlands. This means our care is delivered under a registered quality statement, with a formal complaints and disputes body.

Our consultations take place on Wednesday evenings between 18:30 and 21:30, fully via secure video connection.

Our mission

We make specialised ADHD care accessible for adults who have limited room for treatment during the day.

Our vision

We believe high-quality diagnostics and treatment should remain accessible even when work, family or travel make daytime appointments difficult.

Core values

01

Focus

One focus area: ADHD in adults. No broad mental health care, no secondary diagnostics, no diffuse range of services.

02

Carefulness

An ADHD diagnosis is not routine work. We take time for structured diagnostics, somatic screening and well-founded indication setting, including when the conclusion is that medication is not the right next step.

03

Accessibility

Care should not have to cost a working day. By working online and in the evening, we lower the threshold for people who would otherwise struggle to fit a trajectory into their lives.

04

Transparency

You know in advance what a trajectory involves and what it costs. If we doubt suitability, we say so before the trajectory starts, not halfway through.
